About

Birds have always been a part of my life, from a kid when we had a canary and budgerigars and in my teens when I kept racing pigeons. However, the pigeons never did race, they just loafed around!

My interest in birds increased over the years as did my birdwatching, and in 2008 I took up bird photography which enables me to fully appreciate how wonderful birds are.

Living in Worcestershire, most of my bird photography tends to be local, particularly at Upton Warren Nature Reserve which is possibly the best birding site in the county.

Since starting this website my photography subjects have broadened and now include Stately Homes and other places of interest.
